  Hey everyone, I’m Rick. Currently teaching Electrical Fundamentals for the AME-M program at BCIT’s Aerospace Campus . Before stepping into the classroom, I spent 12 years on the tarmac with WestJet Airlines as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. The night shifts? Brutal. But what really got me was missing time with my family. That was the dealbreaker. Teaching had always been in the back of my mind.
